Share the journal writings of Civil War Women as you complete sets of blocks every month. Rosemary Youngs has given us permission to hand out her foundation patterns to Club Members. This will make it simple for you to put this quilt together quickly and accurately. Sign up and join the fun! Each month we will mail you the fabrics to complete one half of one row. There are 11 blocks in each row so we alternate doing six blocks one month and five blocks the next month. We have chosen reproduction fabrics that closely match those in the original quilt. There is no club joining fee. The first month's fee of $40.99 plus $5 shipping (whithin the continental U.S.) includes the book plus your first five blocks. Each of the following months you will be mailed a kit for $15 plus $3.00 for shipping. Join us in this 11 month Block-of-the-Month by Bits 'n Pieces. The beautiful fabrics from the Garden Inspiration line by Kansas Trouble Quilters (from Moda) look wonderful in this quilt. The quilt is a collection of pieced blocks set together in a unique pattern. The quilt finishes at 81" x 81", or you can add the optional extra bloaks to make it 81" x 96".

Join us in this 9 month Block-of-the-Month by Bits 'n Pieces which produces an 87" x 102" quilt. Currently we only have this BOM available in the Civil War Reproduction fabrics (shown below). The Civil War version has an applique border while the Kansas Troubles version has a pieced border with no applique.

This is another great Block-of-the-Month by Bits 'n Pieces. The blocks are rated beginner to intermediate skill level but even the most skilled quilter will enjoy this beautiful project. We made our quilt in traditional Civil War reproduction fabrics that boast our brighter primary colors along with our subtle shirtings for the background. The quilt finishes at 80" x 101".
Each month's kit is only $19.99 plus $5 for shipping (within the continental U.S.). The first 7 months you will receive the fabric and patterns for two of the pieced star blocks. The 8th month you will receive the pattern and fabric for the star center. Month 9 you get the pattern and fabric for the border plus a coupon for 25% off your backing fabric.
