New from our popular award winning teacher Anne Lullie. Students will learn the “Chicago School of Fusing” trade secrets while also learning fun, fast methods for raw-edge fusible appliqué. Fusing is a technique in which a fusible product is applied to one side of the fabric with a hot iron; then the fabric is cut into shapes or strips, and arranged and ironed onto a background. The fun begins with Anne’s “Fantasy Floral” wall hanging, and she will share creative shortcuts for finishing, binding, and fabric collage. You will be amazed at the endless creative possibilities of this universal technique!
