About Us
Pieceful Gathering is a small independent quilt shop that opened in 2006 and is run by mother-daughter team Carrie Quinn and Katie Solberg. We are located in Fox River Grove, Illinois, about an hour northwest of Chicago. Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll feel at home, whether you’re shopping, socializing, or learning.
Our classroom is available for you to use whenever we don’t have a class scheduled. Many of our customers like to come on over and take advantage of our large tables, where there’s plenty of room to piece or pin quilting projects. There are also three BERNINA machines in the classroom, available for your use (please call ahead to check availability).Whether you shop with us here online, or drop by the shop at 106 Northwest Hwy (Rt. 14), we have a huge variety of quilting essentials, including fabrics ranging from traditional to contemporary, high quality wool, sewing notions, block of the month programs, quilt kits, and more, to meet your creative needs.
We also have a fabulous long arm quilting service right here on sight.
