#1 Spring 2025 Retreat with Julie Letvin - Deposit

Join us March 7-9, 2025 for a wonderful, relaxing weekend of stitching and fun at the Crystal Lake, Illinois Holiday Inn.  We will be ready for you to arrive in our sewing room at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, with official retreat activities beginning at dinner at 6:00. Julie Letvin of Me & My Stitches will be our special guest leader and she will be leading a quilt called Ruth's Garden from her latest fabric collection Dakota Threads!   Julie will present a trunk show of her quilts on Friday, and then walk us through the different parts of the Ruth's Garden quilt on Saturday.  Kit and pattern for the Ruth's Garden quilt are available for purchase now and we will continue to re-kit with different fabrics if we run out.  

Total Retreat Fee: $325 which includes the teacher, five meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast snacks, lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch), coffee and tea service, and the sewing room.  (the $75 non-refundable deposit will go towards your $325 total fee.  The $250 balance will be due February 1, 2025). 
*does not include room - if you'd like to stay overnight, you will need to make your own room reservations at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn (815-477-7000).  We have a block of rooms reserved at a special room rate of $104 per night.  You can use the link below or call the hotel directly.  This rate is good until February 14, 2024.
