Spring 2026 Retreat with Julie Letvin - Deposit

Join us February 20-22, 2026 for a wonderful, relaxing weekend of stitching and fun at the Crystal Lake, Illinois Holiday Inn.  We will be ready for you to arrive in our sewing room at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, with official retreat activities beginning at dinner at 6:00. Julie Letvin of Me & My Stitches will be our special guest leader and she will be leading a quilt called As Time Goes By from her latest fabric collection Life on the Ridge!  Julie and Katie will also co-teach a small wool project called Fresh Cut.  Julie will present a trunk show of her quilts on Friday, and then walk us through the different parts of the quilts on Saturday.  Kit and pattern for the As Time Goes By quilt are available for purchase now and we will continue to re-kit until fabric is no longer available.   Fresh Cut kits will be available soon.  

Total Retreat Fee: $325 which includes the teacher, five meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast snacks, lunch and dinner, Sunday brunch), coffee and tea service, and the sewing room.  (the $75 non-refundable deposit will go towards your $325 total fee.  The $250 balance will be due January 15, 2026).
